Hey there! Corner Shop Cafe is all about simple and yummy organic food w/ a hint of international flavor. Our Broadway and Bleecker street corner cafe offers up an appetizing choice of goodies from morning to night. From breakfast staples like creme brulee dipped French toast drizzled w/ blackberry maple syrup, through succulent salads like our chipotle buttermilk cobb salad , a creative choice of panini sandwiches including our spin on the monte christo sandwich w/ PB and J and a mac and cheese that has our regulars hooked its so good! Corner Shop Cafe is place where you can find a little bit of everything...Our kitchen is open from 9am to 11pm weekdays and 10am to midnight on the weekend, we also offer internet access from 2.:30 daily.
Corner Shop Cafe also supports the fight for a healthier environment, something we started off slowly in 2005 but as supplies became more readily available and economically possible in 2008, 85 percent of our menu now features organic or free range produce from local suppliers, fair trade coffees and organic teas and bio-dynamic wines. We also recycle all of our cooking oil through an NYC program into bio-diesal and compost or recycle all of our waste, plus all of our to go containers are made from compostable fiber. We are also included in the first ever issue of Greenopia’s NYC guide..Our interior is an eclectic mix of old New York with exposed brick walls and tin pressed ceilings, with the dynamic views from our walls of windows as the back drop to your dining pleasure.Come check us out and our reviews on both Yelp and Menu Pages.
